All Sales Final

Because of the nature of sealed Pokémon and TCG products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final with no exceptions.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only before they ship.
• A 6% cancellation fee applies to every cancellation.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
